When they cancel the day of the appointment, they don't record that I have a credit. It's one location, but two billing services, which they don't disclose. They've been apologizing about the "transition" of their payment processing service for four months. Starting an inquiry to see if they are engaged in insurance fraud. It feels like a scam.”
