What patients say on Google

“Honestly shocked to see all of the bad reviews. The workers are always super super nice to me when I come in. The psychologists are also very kind, punctual, and listen to medicine concerns and needs. They employees are quick to get you back, and always ask if you need anything (water, etc). Thank y’all for everything”

“I missed an appointment and tried to reach out ASAP to the office. Their phone was disconnected so I ended up driving in to try and reschedule. Receptionist said there was nothing she could do and charged me the full now show fee even though I was off by an hour.”

“Nicole is an angel! super helpful, kind, lots of experience, thoughtful and compassionate. highly recommend her valuable counseling.”
Seth Olson
“I love Dr. Lydon but what I experienced just now was ridiculous. I was 6 minutes late. No one was even at the desk and a note said seat yourself and we’ll be with you in a moment. I sat for a minute or two and then a lady came out and turned me away, saying I’m late. I’m required to come every three months to stay on my medication. More back and forth about my prescriptions before the lady agreed to make me a Telehealth appt. I drove an hour to get there and they know this. I was and am just so upset that they’d treat someone like that in that sort of environment. Good doc, mostly good staff, bad experience.”
