“I'm super frustrated with this place. I get a voicemail the day before my son's appointment, which was supposed to be tomorrow, stating I didn't confirm his appointment so now it's cancelled. No one has called me or left a voicemail before today so that's pretty unfair. I tried to call them multiple times when I finally got a hold of them today they sent me to voicemail when I needed to speak with an actual person that could help.... Super helpful. We have been waiting to go to this appointment for months....”

“Best place I've been for mental health. I've been other places. They are caring about all patients. The only thing that sucks is communicating with them. You call barely get a person. You get an answering machine they have habit not calling you back. But overall best place I love my therapist couldn't have a better one”

“No help at all. Said my insurance only covered 20 minute appointments with the doctor or nurse, 20 minute phone appointments with a therapist. All lies. My insurance told me I was covered for 1 hour every month with the doctor or nurse and 1 hour a week in person with the therapist. I do not recommend Nulton Diagnostic in Altoona, PA.”
