“Michelle and Kayla, wonderful! The front office and their financial department absolutely the worst. And the reason I am seeking other places. I’ve been going here for years and never missed a payment or anything, yet recently they started saying I owed over 300 for past appointments and ever single time I ask them for which appointments, it is a different list they give me every single time. I’ve asked three times for an itemized bill and they tell me they’ll get it to me and never do. The front office NEVER answers the phone and also gives me a different answer every time about where these charges are coming from. How am I to pay when they can’t even confirm where it’s coming from? And I get charged a different copay depending on who is at the front desk when I arrive. I should not have to babysit the front office and financial department over every single thing I do and don’t owe. And then they say I must pay everything up front before receiving any further treatment. You can’t even provide me with definitive proof I owe anything. A few years ago they also undercharged everybody who attended by accident and had to tell every single person who came in for months that they owed so this is not the first nor last time this will occur. Don’t waste your time here. While some of the providers are great, the rest of the staff will only increase your stress.”

“I saw Dr. Islam in 2019 but didn't have insurance to follow thru with him . FINALLY I have insurance and dr. Islam was the first appt that I made. I was very nervous about seeing a new doctor. The staff was fantastic very professional and very friendly. There isn't enough good words to express the care I received from Dr. Islam. I felt comfortable with him. He is easy to talk to.... And was really concerned about getting me on the right path with my medications. Honestly I feel the best that I have felt in a long long time. So yes I would HIGHLY recommend Dr.islam.♥️”

“The biggest issue I had was the noise level. The staff in the back were extremely loud, laughing and talking in a way that didn’t match the type of environment this should be. This is a psychiatric office, and many patients struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. A calm, quiet atmosphere is part of providing quality care. My son also had a very hard time filling out the paperwork because he was overwhelmed. A quieter, more supportive environment would have made that process much easier for him. I hope management addresses these concerns and reminds staff to be more mindful of the environment they’re creating for patients. I won't be back here to the Flower Mound location.”

“I’m not sure what shifted here because this used to be a great place, but I will not be returning. Made an appointment, paid a $60 co pay, and couldn’t receive any medication that helps me because the lady said it’s not recommended. Then she basically said I was just there for a controlled medication and asked if I want to see another doctor and see if he’ll prescribe it. Absolutely not. I don’t see the counselors anymore because they were falling asleep on me during the session. Don’t waste your time. Spoke to the office manager who refused to refund me my $60 co-pay, this is pure theft to collect money from someone and file a claim with someone’s insurance for a service you didn’t provide. Do yourself a favor and make yourself an appointment some place else.”
