What patients say on Google

“Taylor was amazing! From the beginning, I truly felt heard, understood, and supported. She made me feel comfortable and completely at ease with the whole process, which meant so much to me. I’m genuinely excited to be on this journey with her and hopeful about what’s ahead. It feels good knowing I have someone like Taylor on my team! 💜”

“I used their services for about a year and a half. This company is a nightmare. Lorenzo at the ftont office hates patients and does everything to make you feel uncomfortable. During my year and a half I received 5-6 bills of $100 for something I did wrong. But I didn't do anything wrong. They keep your card on file for payments but fail to charge for appointments. Later on you get a $100 bill for non payment or for a missed appointment that you did not miss. Then you have to call them and leave messages (they never pick up the call) and beg them to cancel a fee that you didn't even cause. My cup was full when I received yet another bill for $50 for cancelled appointment. I cancelled my appointment 28 hours before. This turned out to be a late cancellation. Of course they don't mention to you at the time of cancellation that their policy for cancellation is 48 hours and if it's less then you will be penalized. The woman at the billing dept kept accusing me of missed appointments and no matter how many times I insisted that I have not missed any appointments she would go on and on about my missed appointments. Also, if you have a question for your provider there’s no way to reach him/her. You’re told to make an appointment which will be 2-3 weeks out.”

“I love it and I love my practitioners however there is no way to get a hold of anyone except for during your appointment like I can’t talk to my provider or send a message or anything. I have to relay it to the front desk and they will talk to them. There’s no real way to email either”

“Had to change my rating. My psychiatrist was above great, the office staff great but billing and insurance clueless and uninformed. I was assured by them and I asked many times what insurance I should get when switching to Medicare. They told me and that is the one I went too, well first month on Medicare and they inform me they don’t take that plan that they told me to sign up for. Now I have no access to the great doctor I have worked with for over a year unless I pay out of pocket. I had given my psych 5 stars after every meeting we had prior to this rating change. I did my homework, they are the problem.”
