“They have teens or entitled young sappy receptionist whom DO NOT care for the patients or their mental health. Treat people like shit, disregard, discard and disrespect people here. They dont acknowledge you, act like you're bothering them from "working" on their cellphones watching videos and doom scrolling. Ive been helping my brother for a few months and I can write this with 100% certainty, these people are like this all the time. They dont care for their position and dont believe theyre replaceable. They most likely get this ego trip from their own superiors. Cause they also dont give a shit about the patients wellbeing, just funding. Doesn't matter if you have a set appointment cause they'll make you wait for hours with their "take it or leave it attitude". Sad cause people with certain insurances or dont have a way of transportation can only come here or feel this might be their only option”

“UPDATED BELOW: Nick is caring and understanding and works from a systems point of view, he does not stigmatize and he works with you to help route you to the best care. My experience has been pretty well overall with it, | went in for adhd/anxiety/benzo stabilization and have felt no judgement. Amazing staff overall. Update: I checked my clinical notes while preparing paperwork for my new doctor ive had for a few months, in it I was accused of drug seeking during acute benzo withdrawal and they gave me a false "psychosis with hallucinations" and "mania" diagnosis during the withdrawal period when I have never had any symptoms like that before. The NPs name who did this is James, he also made comments about liability when I was there and also pulled blood pressure meds with no clinical reasoning. Stay far away from this place if you're ADHD or ASD or need any scheduled medications whatsoever. Nick referred me out after all of this and he and I would talk a good bit, he was one of the only people there who DIDNT treat me like a liability other than the front desk people.”
