“want to share my personal experience with MBody Healthcare in a way that is fair, accurate, and transparent. I initially pursued ketamine infusion therapy through their clinic and was informed that I needed to be established with a therapist. I met that requirement. However, after doing so, the treatment was ultimately declined with the explanation that the clinic “would not be the best environment” for me. What stood out to me was not the decision itself—providers absolutely have the right to determine appropriateness of care—but the lack of a clear clinical explanation or documented medical contraindication. During the intake process, I also encountered documentation from an independently operating therapist within their facility that raised questions for me. When I respectfully asked for clarification, services were declined at that level. Following that, the clinic also declined treatment without identifying a medical basis. From my perspective, the most concerning part of this experience was the inconsistency between what is publicly communicated and what I experienced as a patient. MBody Healthcare promotes: • Patient-centered care • Clear communication and clinical transparency • Removal of barriers to treatment • A model where patients feel heard and informed In my case, I did not receive a clear explanation for a significant treatment decision, despite asking for one. I also allowed time for follow-up and clarification after raising these concerns, but did not receive a response. This review is not intended to discourage others from seeking care, but rather to provide an accurate account of my experience so that prospective patients can make informed decisions and ask the right questions when engaging with any healthcare provider.”
