“Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this place. I’ve been to many doctors offices that give you about five minutes of their time. You’re lucky if you get 15 minutes, but I’d like to say about this place in the staff that they have not naming anyone in particular because I have not met one person that I dislike yet They are the Most caring staff you’ll ever meet. I had a little bit of a bad reaction to the spravato, which everyone’s different. I would never tell you to not do it just because someone said they had a bad experience, but what I will say is that I did go in today two days after my spravato treatment and I thought I was going into potentially be talked back into it, however what I Experience was three different people in the room, including the owner of the practice Practice and one of their nurses, Melissa I’m a man so it’s hard to be emotional about things. I’ve been going through a hard time and I’ve seen several But I will say the plan they put in place for me today makes me feel like there’s a massive hope for the future. I suffer from health, anxiety and trauma from losing love ones. I’ve never been to an office where they spend more time with people like this office, my appointment was at 1:30. I didn’t leave the office until 315 and at 1:30 they brought me directly back. It wasn’t like I was sitting there all day. They spent time with me they talk to me about everything all the possibilities of what I could potentially be dealing with I’m 40 years old and I’ve been dealing with this since I was a child and then that little bit of time I feel like I’ve covered more ground than I have seen hundreds and hundreds of doctors so please don’t look at these reviews and judge this place be your own judge reviews are mostly for people who are pissed off and angry let me tell you I’m writing this review and I stand behind the staff. I want to thank you guys so much for taking a step for me when I couldn’t take my own step. I hope this review sends many people your way as I can tell there’s true healing going on at this clinic.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mastermind Clinic, and I can’t say enough great things about Jennie, the prescriber. She went above and beyond to support my niece and took the time to really understand her needs. Jennie maintained clear and professional boundaries while still being incredibly compassionate and collaborative. She worked closely with both of us to develop the best possible plan of care and truly invested in what would benefit my niece most in the long term. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach. Highly recommend Jennie and the entire team at Mastermind!”

“Either Jennie is incompetent or she is predatory. Either way she should not be allowed to treat people with mental health problems. I felt like she was lying to me and/or trying to manipulate me. I did not feel safe there. I wish I had read the reviews before i went because clearly im not the only one who felt like she was predatory. She was extremely condescending. She didnt appear to have a basic understanding of psychology or the correct terminology used to describe psychological symptoms or conditions. Protect yourself and find another mental health provider.”
