“Although I love this clinic, they always seem to have issues with my billing; not recording payments and then telling me I owe them. Also, I had an appointment scheduled 3 months ahead of time and the provider left the clinic 2 months before my appointment. Instead of checking his appointment calendar and rescheduling my appointment with a different provider, they cancelled my appointment with only 5 hours notice. No reschedule, nothing. They still haven't contacted me to schedule a new appointment. The clinic administrator should have done this the minute he quit. Not very professional.”
