What patients say on Google
“I'm literally only continuing to go to this office because Nate Warner is wonderful. He's the best med provider I've ever had and he is a great listener. I'm not a fan of the office staff at all. I've had numerous issues where I would call and leave a message for the office staff to call me back so I can schedule an appointment. Every time I've left a message I don't get a call back so I have to call multiple times before I finally speak to someone just to make an appointment. The communication is terrible. It would be so much more proficient if they had the option that I could go online to their website and schedule an appointment myself. There are a few other things that I could gripe about but this is my main complaint.”
“Dr. Coffman is a great listener. I've been seeing him for years now.”
“Doctor Nathan Warner is a top-tier professional. I've had a myriad of different psychiatrists, and out of a dozen he is the only one who actually has listened to my issues and addressed them. He sees my family members as well and they have had nothing but productive and supportive appointments with him. We followed over from when he was at Bryan. I give him 5 stars, easily. The answering/reception service on the other hand, is very sloppy. I have left messages multiple times, only to receive a callback from someone who has no idea why I called in the first place. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of communication between their lunchtime answering service, voicemail, and receptionists. It can be tricky to get a message through to the doctors, which is very frustrating if waiting on a refill or appointment. I do appreciate their telehealth availability. Initial in-person appointments as well as periodic check-ins at the physical location are expected, but every other appointment over video call saves a lot of driving, and is more comfortable to do in a familiar setting like your own home while discussing difficult topics. Overall, I would still recommend anyone to this office for the doctors, as long as they are willing to deal with the communication setbacks.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to become a new patient and they told me to fill out a form and they would get back to me to schedule my appointment. It took them two weeks to reach out because they were switching over systems. When I finally heard back from them it took yet another 2-3 weeks to schedule my initial appointment. I was running 10 min late after coming all the way across town . I called to let them know I was running late and they had me on hold for 5 minutes. At this point in time I was 3 minutes away and they told me I would need to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I took off time from work, I had a legitimate reason to be late. Maybe other dr's aren't so horrible, but don't waste your time with Dr. Kaufmann. Would give zero stars if that was an option. So much for mental health care. Why make it so hard to access decent care?”
