“Not off to a great start. The first go around they scheduled me for a telex health appointment, when I asked for in person. Showed up, sat in a dark office for a half an hour, and the therapist called me 5 min after we were suppose to meet to tell me he only does teleheatlh. So I’m back, and I’ve been sitting in the waiting room. They have an extremely un inviting waiting room. I have been sitting here for 20 min, and the receptionist never acknowledged me! I came in early to see if there was any paperwork that needed to be addressed…. And no response. I walked right up to the window and she saw me, and still didn’t initiate any contact or acknowledge my presence. I hope my session is a better experience!”

“I want to start this by saying this review has nothing to do with the care I received from Harper Rainflower. They are the best counselor I have worked with. Unfortunately after 5 years in their care I have to say goodbye due to an insurance issue. The structure of this clinic does not put patient care in their focus at all. I had an insurance issue for weeks. I was jerked around told it was resolved/accepted only to learn from my insurance company the clinic never even filed a claim. I had weeks of calling, messaging, and what seemed to be screaming into a void trying to get ahold of someone at LightHeart Mental Health. No one ever seems to be able to answer the phone, and trust when I say your message is not "good as gold" because they will never get back to you. In the weeks of trying to get answers, I got one call back and one message that it was being "worked on". No real answer, no solution in sight. This left me with a tough choice of continue care and hope I would be able to get this covered by insurance or to stop care all together and hoped this clinic learned to use a phone or their own client portal. In the end, I had to get information through my insurance, and canceled my service through my practioner. I still have not heard anything definitive from the clinic themselves or gotten a clear bill. This has added so much stress to my life. Something I believe a mental health clinic should be trying to avoid.”

“This is a review for my mom. This place is wonderful for counseling. We've been to a few counseling places and this, we found, is the best. The counselor we use is the best moms ever had and we are continuing as long as she can. Very caring, compassionate, actually listening to her, working out goals and plans, and just straight up talking trying to work through things. This is a top notch place and highly recommend it!”
