“Don't waste your time. My therapist wouldn't see me because I hadn't been in for 6 months. Then, they said no female therapists were taking new patients, even though their website says they are. So, I had my friend call and, amazingly, she got a new patient appointment with a female provider in a couple weeks. I am a victim of domestic violence and have severe PTSD from what happened to me. It is disgusting that this place does not take accountability for turning people away who need legitimate help. Apparently, you can't really need help to be seen and just having stress gets you an appointment. Shame on you, LifeStance, you are pathetic.”
