“as someone that has done therapy my entire life. this one of the worst places ive had to deal with. they will harass you with calls and texts. i had to cancel a appointment to attend a funeral they called twice in the middle of the funeral to try and set a new appointment after i had told them i will contact them to make the appointment when i am back in the state. after speaking to one of their Drs a few times i realized they where not taking notes on the questions i was asked as i had to remind them of a medical issue three times. they only had interest prescribing Pills and lots of them. ones with side effects that would make my medical issue worse. i will not be making any new appointments with this place. and i have zero want to speak to anyone about this. avoid this place all they want is the money they can charge insurance and the kick backs from big pharma for prescribing as many pills as they can.”

“Our experience with the counselor, Joe Grossman was excellent. He is patient and wise. I don't want to take a star away from Dr Grossman because he is what we signed up for. If I were to rate the lifestance company a 3 star rating would be liberal. Their redundancy with texts, emails, and sign in procedure is at best ridiculous. They send the same reminders via multiple programs and ask the same redundant questions around 3 times before each visit. Then they send a reminder just before the visit and ask you to do an e-check in with the same redundancy. But wait there's more. 10-15 minutes later, when we attempt to sign in for counseling, we have to do the same questions again. By the time we check in for counseling additional counseling is needed to get past the brain damage caused by the Lifestance checkin process. Please, someone at lifestance, read this and fix it.”
