“Great if you dont need reminders. You must call them. They don't reach out at appointment time. If you miss that- tough. The process for the online appointment is not clear. They also do not answer messages. If my therapist can't pick up a phone and say it's appt. Time.. then I can go elsewhere. Which I've done.”
