“I’m rating this location a 3 because, for about a year, the team did assist me with my medication needs, and I appreciate that support. However, toward the end of my treatment, I was discharged after missing three 15-minute appointments during a period when I was experiencing significant mental health challenges. Given my history and circumstances, I believe more consideration and understanding could have been shown—especially since my provider was frequently late to appointments as well. I’d also like to offer some constructive feedback regarding phone interactions. Professionalism, empathy, and respectful communication are essential in client care. Hanging up on clients or using a passive-aggressive tone reflects poorly on any practice. With additional training and awareness, I’m confident these interactions could greatly improve. I genuinely wish your team growth and success moving forward.”

“I have seen Mr. Thomas for MANY years. I even followed from his previous practice to continue seeing him. He always listens to my question and concerns. He let's me know why he's making a change and how it will effect me. Just recently I had a psychiatric collapse and was told that he was off for the day. I'm completely unsure what I SAID but they said he'd call me shortly. I legitimately have no idea what happened. He suggested that I go to Oakwood Springs hospital to get some rest and back on my meds. HE CALLED ME ON HIS DAY OFF! So, if you want to cry and say that the front desk is rude....have at it. He literally saved my life.”
