“This practice is deserving of WAY more than 5 stars! I started Spravato at Keta Medical Center about a month ago for treatment-resistant depression (TRD), and I wish I had done this sooner. I’m already starting to feel like myself again. The entire team is so incredibly kind. Every location I’ve visited has felt welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely caring. Not once have I felt like just another patient on a schedule as is the case at many New York City medical practices. What really impressed me was that the founder and owner, Dr. Malina, personally took the time to have a phone call with me before I started treatment. Who does that anymore? It made a huge difference while I was deciding whether this was the right path for me. The center pairs you with a 1:1 patient experience manager, psychiatrist (and therapy resources if you want them), and every person I’ve worked with has been fantastic. The insurance process was also shockingly easy from my perspective — my out-of-pocket cost has been $0 using out-of-network benefits with United Healthcare (UHC) Choice Plus insurance through my employer. I spent way too much time researching, overthinking, and contemplating this decision. I can say I’m incredibly glad I took the leap. Keta Medical Center has been life-changing for me, and I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I found Keta Medical by doom scrolling on Instagram while going through a hard time. I’m so glad I decided to be impulsive and ask for more information. All of the Keta staff have been extremely helpful from the beginning with the intake phone call until the end (when you come in for weekly sessions). I go to the Oradell office. The experience starts as soon as you walk in. I instantly feel at ease once I’m in the lobby. The doctors, nurses, and admin staff at the Oradell location are so sweet! They have all been supportive through my highs and lows. Giving them all a shoutout here because each of them have played a part in guiding me to happier days! The treatment itself is easy and relaxing. My favorite part is listening to the Keta playlist as I allow the ketamine to settle in. Since taking Spravato, I can honestly say I’ve changed for the better. It’s as though the lights have been turned on and now I can finally see. It feels like freedom from the chokehold depression had on me. It’s so beautiful and I honestly wish I found Keta sooner, but that’s okay. “I’m so glad I switched to Kera Medical Center in Ordell for my ketamine treatments from the moment you walk in everybody makes you feel so welcome. They treat you so well and this week I’m especially grateful the ER dock that saw me before I had the treatment felt Very strongly that I should go right to the emergency room that she thought I had pulmonary MBI I felt fine. I had no symptoms, but I did go and I ended up. I had four blood clots in my lungs three on the right and one on the left so besides the fact that they’re super nice they’re super know what they’re doing and so sweet. They treat everybody with such respect and medically. They’re right on target so like I said this week, I’m particularly grateful because they save my life. I can’t say enough good things about except that if you’ve been depressed and you’ve tried several oral antidepressants and they haven’t worked for you. I’ve been trying for two years and the ketamine works for me and I can’t think of a better place that’s a better prepared or takes better care of you then get a Medical Center in Ordell. They have an emergency room Dr present each day and I’m so grateful and They are THEIR their social worker. Yoni is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The nurses are wonderful. The Office staff is wonderful and they just really know how to make you feel taken care of. I give them a five star rating!”
