“The reason for only a one star rating is due to the problems I had with the office administration. I had requested that my Vivitrol medication be order in the December of 2025 for use in January of 2026 in order to save over $200.00 in insurance costs. I was that the office would do that. The did not order till January costing me the $200.00 plus additional charges from the supplier. When contacting the office to see why it was nort done as requested I was told by a manager by the name of "Ian", via text, that the follow up was not made and he apologized. I then requested some fiscal assistance since it was clearly their fault but his response was NO RESPONSE!. Their counselor, Sabrina, provided good support but their office staff on this occasion as well as others regarding communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a result I have discontinued using their service. As a note, I read their response to my issues with them and found it not professional. They wanted me, yes me, to contact them regarding my discontent. You would have thought they would have had the courtesy to contact me directly, as I previously requested they do. Again. One more reason for dissatification.”

“I come here for my weekly Spravato treatments. The staff is incredible! Jessica and Brittany at the front desk are always happy to see me, greet me warmly, and get me checked in, in a timely manner. Ian administers my treatment, and he takes great care of me in the process. These people seem to love their jobs and truly care about their patients!”

“I had to cancel my relationship with Inspiration Health. I always had issues having Inspiration Health fill prescriptions properly. In every circumstance, it took numerous phone calls and even in-person consultations with my pharmacy, over the span of several days to a week, waiting for Inspiration Health to correctly submit the required information to my pharmacy. In fact, my final prescription with them was never filled - despite me making three calls to them and even visiting my pharmacy to speak with them directly. I gave up after eight days and hours of my own time were wasted. Despite me mentioning that I am very busy with many doctor's and work appointments nearly weekly, they could not accommodate all-remote care for medical management and mental health / therapy. About six weeks ago I switched to a Sentara psychiatrist and another care provider for therapy. All of my prescriptions have been immediately filled. They provide completely remote care. They do not require bi-weekly appointments, but rather just one initial consultation then a session every three months for medical management, and therapy whenever I choose - not them - which was not at all the case with Inspiration Health. So, Inspiration Health failed in nearly every way to provide me care. I hope anyone out there that is referred to them fares better, but my recommendation would be to speak with one's primary care provider and go with local Sentara care providers instead. This was a months-long waste of time and money for me, that actually affected me negatively in numerous ways.”

“I’ve been going here for years, Ian the supervisor who I didn’t even know existed made my account inactive because I needed my prescription before I could schedule to actively come in, then all of a sudden after making my account inactive put a note that I couldn’t do anything until I spoke with him directly, after I mentioned how messed up it was to withhold someones ability to get their prescription he had a solution that I could get a portion of my prescription then schedule an in person appointment, could have easily lead with that, he fully well knew I could have done that the whole time, I’ve dealt with the staff on multiple occasions and have never had an issue, would even say they’ve been helpful and kind, this man’s ego is so big he’s cool with withholding someone prescription, I could only speak to him to reactivate my account that he made inactive while I was calling to make an appointment. Outside of him id give this place 5 stars have had no issues and love my psychiatrist, if it wasn’t for my psychiatrist id never come back after being treated like that and hassled for information I told him on multiple occasions the answer to, do your job, let me get my prescription and stop acting like I’m your employee to control. Can’t imagine how the staff feel about him, yikes.”
