What patients say on Google

“Since my first meeting with Heather Morris began I have found hope. She is so comforting in her style and makes me feel valid. Its easy to make phone calls check billing everything. I would most definitely recommend it.”
Suzanne Sutherland
“I have never experienced such dehumanizing, coercive, and distressing treatment from a medical office. I have been trying to receive treatment from this clinic since August 2025. It is now January 2026, and I have received zero treatment and little to no response to repeated attempts at communication. On January 21, 2026, at approximately 2:54 PM, I received a text message stating that my appointment was canceled—without prior notice or explanation. Confused, I called the office at 3:00 PM. The staff member I spoke with (Amber) was kind and helpful and informed me that an email had supposedly been sent regarding the cancellation. That email was timestamped 3:04 PM, meaning it was sent after the cancellation and after I was already on the phone with the office. I expressed how frustrated I was with the ongoing lack of communication and asked if I could come in to speak with someone in person. I was explicitly told that I could and was even encouraged to do so if communication by phone/email was difficult. Before going in, I called again around 4:30 PM to confirm the Macadam Street office was open until 6:00 PM and that someone would be available to speak with me. I was told yes and that staff would be notified to expect me. When I arrived, the door was unlocked, lights were on, and I could hear staff laughing in a nearby room. I waited at the front desk for several minutes and no one came out. I called the office again while standing there. The staff member I spoke with then became rude and confrontational, repeatedly demanding to know “who told me to come,” accusing me of lying, and refusing to acknowledge that I had been invited to come in unless I named a specific employee. Once I did, I was abruptly told that no one could help me, that I should not be there because I did not have an appointment, and my concerns were dismissed entirely. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor’s name and contact information and was refused. I was given contradictory information about whether a supervisor was available and then the call was ended. I left the office in tears. This behavior was belittling, coercive, and completely inappropriate—especially for a clinic providing mental health treatment. Canceling appointments without notice, relying on non-secure email for critical communication, refusing basic accountability, and treating a distressed patient as a problem rather than a person is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering care here. No patient should be treated this way.”

“My counselor is awesome and works very well with meeting my needs. She truely has a gift of compassion and understanding.”
Shannon Russell
“I enjoyed going through much needed grief counseling with two amazing therapists. Zachary Horner was A true gem in the way that he listened and made me look inside myself for the true feelings I had about every difficult situation in my life. I might’ve kept Counseling if he stayed on board. However, Heather picked up where he left off and had a true sympathetic heart. She was very personable. We had only met a few times before I stopped counseling and it had nothing to do with her, but that I had achieved my goals. Headlight has been a wonderful company for Kaiser to contract with”
