“This place used to be very good with staff that was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. After my initial provider stopped practicing, I was shoved off onto various providers, none of which clearly bothered to read my file before attempting to treat me. I was eventually assigned a new provider. My new provider dismissed the concerns I was having about my medications, repeatedly dropped the ball in ordering diagnostic testing, and progressively shortened my appointment times until my last appointment lasted a whopping 10 minutes. Later, I was reassigned and the new provider did the exact same thing; however, my last appointment with her was 6 minutes! If you like being dismissed and talked down to then this place will be perfect for you. If you can, find a provider literally anywhere else. I'm sure you will receive better care there. This does not apply to the very nice front desk people.”
