“In the beginning communication was great. I had an initial consult and learned the NP was not yet credentialed with Medicaid. I was told I would get a call when that had taken place. Approximately 2 months I got a call from them letting me know that they could accept my medicaid coverage. I had another consult( like the first one but covering everything about treat. Four days later I had a consult with the NP that would administered medication. We talked about my mental health history, how I was a good candidate and once I got a call from the pharmacy about the medication we would start scheduling appointments. The very next day I got an alert that the NP had prescribed the medication. To my surprise the following week on a Tuesday my contact person calls me and says my diagnosis is not approved by the FDA treatment and Medicaid would not covered. I was in shock. I just went silent to avoid crying and in that silence I was told they could setup pay installments. Shock once again. I explained, what I previously told them, that i do not work and have applied to disability. I felt in that moment that they were just looking to get money out of me rather than treat my mental illness. To wrap this up, other things were said in conversations over the next three days. Questions I asked took a week to get an answer and one has never actualize. If there is a chance you want be approved you should tell the potential patient. I was led to believe I would begin treatment in 2 weeks then they someone who is in need of treatment. They lack any knowledge of how to work with people in a mental crisis and their responses are delayed or ignored.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with TMS here. The entire staff is always professional, kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating with my hectic schedule. I was even about 30 minutes late to an appointment, and they still worked with me and made sure I was able to be seen. I probably would’ve been frustrated with me, but they never make me feel that way; they always remain professional and understanding. I’m also seeing real progress with TMS during an extremely difficult and trying time in my life. I’ve been dealing with a loss, a lot of personal drama, a hectic family schedule, and even training my service dog, so having a treatment team that is flexible and supportive has meant more than I can explain. They’ve made it easier for me to stay consistent with my treatment even when life feels completely chaotic. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and compassion. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering TMS. ❤️”
“i called Greenbrook and was scheduled a tele-health appointment to do an evaluation. they asked me multiple questions and said that I would be scheduled for an additional call for the next week. The second evaluation i was faced with the exact same questions i faced in the first evaluation. I was charged a co-pay for each tele-health call. the second evaluation, in my opinion, was completely pointless and certainly redundant. The second eval was done on a Thursday. I was told that I would receive another call from Greenbrook from a doctor (neither of the eval calls were doctors). I was supposed to receive this call either the next day (friday) or sometime early in the next week. at the second eval, the person i spoke with said he would put a note to have the doctor call me back ASAP. I never received a call...nor a text...nor an email. It's been 13 days since my second evaluation. I still have yet to hear back from Greenbrook. I attempted to call their billing department to question a bill. i waited a total of 45 minutes on the phone and no one ever answered. it would appear no one was working the billing department. I my opinion, Greenbrook seems more interested in billing you for services rather than actually helping the patient. From what i have experienced, i would not recommend this Wellness Center.”
“The Staff at Greenbrook TMS on Sunday Road in Raleigh, NC made all of my visits so comfortable and efficient. I have never had more pleasant interactions when I underwent treatments. Also, they took the time to know you personally, even the people who were covering for others. I highly, highly recommend Greenbrook for any mental health needs.”
