“my grandmother was being treated and i took her to most of her appointments. her technician was Elizabeth and she was just so kind and patient. she engaged in conversation and make sure not only my grandmother was comfortable but so was i. she also offered both of us cute stickers so i took a few for my water bottle. definitely a positive experience that made an uncomfortable situation so much easier!”
