“I had a great experience with TMS in Coral Gables. The staff is amazing. I really enjoyed my treatment time with Ruben—we would always talk while I was getting my treatment done. I also got a chance to get to know Kia; she is amazing as well. I found out that we have a few things in common. I truly enjoyed my time here, along with the staff and the doctor. They are all lovely. Most importantly, my depression and anxiety are nowhere near as bad as they were before I started treatment. I’m very thankful to TMS for helping me feel better.”

“Buyer beware. Deceptive billing practices and broken promises. Before anything else, I want to be clear that the onsite clinical and support staff were professional, kind, and did their jobs well. This review is not directed at them. My issue is with Greenbrook’s corporate billing and business practices, not the people providing day to day care. I strongly caution anyone considering treatment at Greenbrook TMS to think twice. Before starting Spravato treatment, I was explicitly assured multiple times that my out of pocket cost would be $0, and that my insurance combined with the Spravato WithMe savings program would cover everything. Based on those assurances, I agreed to treatment and continued through nearly the entire course. Then, about a month later, and after most treatments were already completed, Greenbrook suddenly attempted to retroactively bill me $25 per session, including for past visits. This was never disclosed upfront and only appeared long after I was already deep into treatment. To make matters worse, they attempted to bill me for sessions that occurred after I had already reached my insurance out of pocket maximum, when patient responsibility should have been $0. Any competent billing department should understand this. When I raised concerns, the burden was pushed onto me instead of Greenbrook taking responsibility for their own benefit verification failures. This is especially troubling in a mental health setting, where patients are vulnerable and rely on clear, honest information when making treatment decisions. On top of the billing issues, the treatment itself did not help me in the long run, despite the time, emotional energy, and stress involved. Between the lack of benefit and the surprise billing after the fact, the experience felt like a bait and switch at the corporate level. Healthcare providers should not: • Promise $0 cost and change the rules later • Retroactively bill patients months after treatment • Ignore out of pocket maximums • Add financial stress to people seeking mental health care This situation forced me to formally dispute charges and file complaints with the Florida Attorney General and other government agencies simply to protect myself from incorrect billing. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Greenbrook TMS.”

“The Dream Team (No TMS: TDT) I came to this office with my burden of disbelief on duty, after years fighting recurrent depression with all extras : anxiety, insomnia, dark mood, miserable feelings. On the third week I started to feel different, like never before in a long time: enthusiastic, calmed, thinking better about life and surroundings. Thanks for that.
