“I was a patient of Dr Ghaly over 20 years ago. I suffered from medication resistant depression and he helped me pull through one of the worst parts of my life. My mother died unexpectedly in 1999 and I started seeing him in 2000, I think. I stopped going there in 2003 because I moved back to Oswego County. The commute was very hard. I still live in Oswego County but closer to Syracuse and I look forward to re-joining his practice. My primary care provider is helping me transition from my now-former psychiatrist, who was under treating my mental health issues. The paperwork for this transition is already underway and Dr. Ghaly's receptionist has been very helpful. I have major abdominal surgery in about a week so it probably won't be until November before I start going there again. I can't wait to go back! Dr. Ghaly is one of the most compassionate doctors I have known in addition to my primary care provider.”

“I have been a patient at the Ghaley Healing and Wellness center for over three years. Recently, the nurse practitioner I was assigned, and liked very much, left for a different position in another practice. I was placed with the other nurse practitioner. She has been rude, judgemental, and callous. I feel strongly that working in this field You should have patience and a unique kindness. This particular nurse practitioner is so beyond terrible she borderlines on medical neglect. I take a medication, and without it I get seizures. She has allowed me to go 2 days without the medication despite calling day after day requesting it. The office staff does not care. They are useless! They hang up on you before you’re done speaking and they do nothing to help resolve my particular issue. I would never recommend anyone go to this practice. "”
