“I can't recommend FOM enough. Every single person in this building is so caring and thoughtful. I had never felt like a VIP in a Psych office before I walked in their doors. Jayson is so gentle and knowledgeable and has been such a major help to me. I've been going here for almost a year now and nothing has changed. They haven't become "too familiar." They still treat me like I'm the only person alive when I am in there. Jarek is the best too. We have had some amazing conversations while setting up future appointments. He is so sweet! The amazing ladies at the front desk are all the sweetest! They are incredibly attentive and make me feel so welcome. It's also quiet. Sometimes it gets loud in offices. But not here. It's like a library, which I love. Again, I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Frame of Mind!”

“Have been working with the team for about a year now and it’s been incredibly pleasant. I consider myself pretty odd, hard to understand, and a bit too far gone. I want to start this review stating that first so if anyone who feels the same way about themselves can rest assured. I initially messaged them about pricing without insurance and they gave me an incredibly good deal. This was the first green flag of many. I have never felt like they valued my money more than my health. Jayson has been my psychiatrist and he has never once made me feel invalidated. I came in with my own story and experiences and Jayson treated everything I said as truth. He didn’t make me fight to explain myself. I have been medicated with Jayson’s help and everything he’s put me on has improved my life noticeably. I mainly suffer with schizophrenia but have other issues we’re working on. It’s been such an easy ride and I couldn’t appreciate it more. I have also started therapy with Teresa who I believe is newer to the clinic and she as well is fantastic. I don’t find myself capable of opening up as easily as she made me. Her presence is affirming and very open. I do not see myself stopping treatment anytime soon. I would recommend this place to every person in Las Vegas if I could. Thank you to the team”

“Frame of Mind Clinic is above and beyond any other health service or doctor I’ve seen in town. I bring my daughter here for therapy and medication management and they are always so kind when we come in. They show real personal depth and empathy toward every patient and their family. The office is stunning, clean and just nice to be in. My child loves to go to therapy, because Gideon and Jayson are phenomenal practitioners. And I must say the front desk staff are beyond five star. This office and it’s staff are truly one of a kind.”

“Frame of Mind truly takes a personal approach to making mental health feel like care! I'd fought for months to get my son diagnosed. By the time his pediatrician had diagnosed him, she dumped us with a list of psychiatrists to call to manage his care. I was frantic after several bad phone calls with other offices. Months-long appointment delays, rude receptionists, insurance issues... it seemed like I would never find a place to help. I gave up on the pediatrician's list of options and opened google to search for psychiatry near me. That's when I found Frame of Mind. And I am so glad that I did. From the very first phone call they set my mind at ease. There was genuine compassion and kindness on the other line. At our first appointment, my son and I were welcomed in. They even had a cute goodie bag for him. No question was too stupid. No concern was ignored. They wanted us to feel comfortable and understand our options. They even genuinely apologized for running a minute late (seriously, who does that? They do!). My son sees Brandon. He gets my son to engage, which can be difficult at times. He checks in with me as well to see if I have any concerns or observations. And he really tries to explain this process of finding the right dose of medication that helps my son do his best while still being totally himself. I appreciate that more than I can say. The whole office is like this, from the medical assistants to the director, everyone in this clinic truly make us feel welcome and cared for. I'm so glad we found Frame of Mind.”
