“I can relate to one of the other people who wrote a review. This office is extremely hard to get a hold of. I called and left a message with someone at the front desk to ask if I could get a refill on a prescription one of the doctors in the office had prescribed. The doctor never refilled my prescription nor did they ever get back to me with an explanation as to why. I had also recently switched insurances and let them know that but repeatedly did not hear back. When I had contacted my pharmacy they also said they could not get a hold of my prescribing provider. I think it's pretty disappointing that especially for behavioral health they couldn't even set up transitionary care or be bothered to call me back to let me know what was going on.”
