“I’ve been on the sidelines for a while, watching a loved one get treated through evolved and so after dealing with incompetent people treating me outside of the field of psychiatry, I decided to give this a shot. I just met with Dr. Raju Sadal (telehealth) for the first time - I am beyond grateful. I didn’t need to delve into trauma and I felt like he understood the depth without needing too many painful details to see the full picture. Beyond that, this professional wasn’t only kind, but also was actually thoroughly knowledgeable on medication and diagnoses that most are not even aware of never mind have knowledge and experience on. The last prescriber that I had was a little bit too liberal with regard to the categories of medication she prescribed me which prompted multiple pharmacists to pop up every time I picked up to make sure I was aware of the dangers from taking these certain medication’s together. The last prescriber did tell me, however, she didn’t make it known how dangerous and risky it was. Silly me for trusting a nurse practitioner with my psychiatric care. Anyway, Dr. Sadal immediately made some gentle changes so we could start switching to safer routes which I am so appreciative of because my body has certainly been through enough in this world. I am super grateful and I am so looking forward to working together, ongoing. Thank you!!!! Additionally, I just want to say that whenever we go into the Albany office for that close person of mine, it is clean tidy and everyone is so nice!! Definitely worth a solid try as a whole establishment.”
