“Would not recommend. Online links sent for patient forms was a dead link on multiple attempts and was hung up on by the receptionist at one point. I sat in the online appointment telehealth portal for 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment at which point I chose to call their office and see what the hang up was about. I was told I would get a call back. On the return call I was told I would need to be rescheduled. Poor choice of timing to ask to reschedule 10 minutes AFTER the appointment.”
