What patients say on Google

“They rarely answer the phone, don't respond to emails, don't respond to requests through the website. Dr Raj shows very little interest in my well-being, rushes through appts, does not give time for questions, and continues suggesting I lose weight even though he's never met me in person and doesn't know my weight. Clearly does not respond to feedback (see photo) so I will be finding another provider. Do better for your patients.”
Malinda Holmes
“They never answer their phones EVER. Only open 15 hours a week (3 days. Tuesday-Thursday) and those hours seem to be shortening rapidly. Been trying to get a refill for a week now. Sent requests online, called numerous times for days, I even have my pharmacist calling Dr Raj. With radio silence in return. Currently suffering withdrawals from a medication that can cause life threatening altercations. My family member (who is a lawyer) has Made a recommendation of suing for medical malpractice. I think that’s a wonderful idea! Emotional damages, putting my life in danger based on ignoring patients when they are withdrawing. Refusing to do your duty as a healthcare physician. Sinister. Maybe I will see you in court. Or maybe I can just get a medication refill? says he doesn’t even believe in meds anyway so maybe it’s just all some sick ploy to make people suffer for his own personal revenge mission. Dr Raj is a sinister man. Don’t go here if you care about your life.”

“There's a lot of availability for new and old patients. The doctor is able to see any patient within a seven day period. The office is very covid-19 safe as well, as the whole faculty team is fully vaccinated and Dr. Raj offers online as well as in person appointments for those who are fully vaccinated. This office is well run and dedicated to helping patients.”
Vidhya Rajaprabhakaran
“While seeing Dr. Raj my husband switched jobs and insurance causing problems with pre-authorizations, communications and who knows what else, resulting in no medication. I (not Dr. Raj) have been trying to figure out how to get back on the same medication that I had been taking for years WITHOUT ANY CONCERN OR COMMUNICATION from Dr. Raj...who gets paid $275 to see me for 10 minutes (during the 10 minutes he is charting on his computer while we are talking...this can’t be normal). Where is the patient care? Why hasn’t he called me to communicate, to figure out my meds, to check in, to something, anything....nope...crickets... Avoid this Psychiatrist.”
