“I loved the Doctor! Dr. Bhavesh Patel was amazing. And loved one nice lady that works in the front. Both were very helpful and kind. Was disappointed in the rest of the clinic. They were charging me the incorrect copay the entire time I was there. Charging me only half of what my copay actually was. So I paid almost $100 in backed copay fees. Then, I showed up for an appointment (that never actually happened) because my therapist was out of town, which isn’t a problem at all! They need breaks too. BUT, nobody called or texted to inform me that she was out of town, or to reschedule said appointment. So it was a blank trip, and I went home. Few weeks later, found out they said that I never showed up for that appointment😂 Only time I’ve been there, I’ve only canceled one appointment, and it was because I had the flu one week. But apparently, there was an issue there too because somehow the message was never passed along, and so they said that I “no-showed”, even though I had already called the day prior to inform them, which is in line with their office policy. They also kept sending appointment reminders to the incorrect number instead of mine. They were sending the reminders to a family member instead. I had already talked with them before about that. But apparently it never got handled because the family member continued to get messages meant for me. Then I found out they had my number on file as a “secondary” number, but they still were not sending any reminders to me, which is baffling. Or else I don’t receive any appointment reminders. So there were times, I wasn’t notified or called whenever I had an upcoming appointment unless the family member would text me. So the doctor and the one nice employee was the only good thing about that place. And the cute dog in the front office. That’s it.”

“Dr Patel is a great Doctor. You can tell he his empathetic and makes your mental health a priority. and Also, his staff are super friendly and helpful anytime I call . I highly recommend him.”

“I had a stroke in Aug and had to move to be closer to Emory ( 4 hrs away) They have refused to work with me on getting my medical records or my medication. I am still without my meds. The staff is garbage. Never been so disappointed in a medical office. I was a patient for several years. Very sad. I do not recommend. Many other amazing offices to choose from in Valdosta. Don’t waste your time and energy with them.”
