“To start off, I love my councilor, Kylie. She's the only therapist that has ever really worked for me in my lifetime. The care I recieve with her is amazing. However, I despise the receptionists. They are so unbelievably bad at scheduling appointments. I prefer to schedule future appointments directly with Kylie, and when I can't, I have to schedule with the receptionists. I have been seeing Kylie for nearly a year, and the receptionists get my appointments wrong every single time. I will show up on the time or early for what they said they scheduled me for, and when I get there, they either never scheduled my appointment in the first place or cancelled it without informing me. This has happened every single time I schedule with them, for nearly a year. And when I do get in for my appointment, the waiting room plays ads on a TV the entire time, with audio! I love the care I'm recieving, but the reception desk needs to be retrained on their job. This happened again today, and I'm truly upset.”

I have needed therapy for years and I always thought it was silly, but it feels so good to talk about all of my issues instead of just stuffing it in.. if you are considering therapy, I highly recommend doing it, but find a therapist you can relate with.. “Not good a good experience at all. It was a struggle to get consent forms sent to the correct email. They scheduled me TWICE in wrong appointment times, when I showed both times (times they gave me) I was told it was at a different time. I would not suggest this be your experience.”
