“Roberto Padilla is great. I like this clinic because I receive several text reminders prior to my appointment as well as a zoom link. No sorting through emails, no accidental missed appointments. It’s very helpful for someone who doesn’t check email or struggles to keep track of appointments. The office staff have been kind anytime I’ve spoken with someone and calls are returned quickly. This office seems to be efficient. I’m relieved I finally found what I needed after years without a provider.”

As it is, it is a clinic from which one receives dosages of Spravato which they may or may not have when you go; depending on if the chart is correct. I feel completely confused by the total lack of communication frim the administration. I enjoy the treatment room . The furnishings are nice and the administration of the medication is done in private. I would prefer another company that is supportive and predictable. I feel more supported by ny masseuse who rarely speaks. I am helped by Spravato. Thats why people are rating 5 stars. I did, too at first.”
