“My provider Kyle Faulkner did his best but I would avoid this clinic if you're a medicaid patient. They didn't bill medicaid for any of my visits which is a violation of their provider agreement. I got terminated after raising concerns about them avoiding anything but first line treatments. Anything but first line requires a prior authorization request which they systemically avoid I assume because theyre avoiding a medicaid audit. Its bizzare that they didn't charge medicaid for any of my visits with them as I was a patient there a whole year receiving ADHD medication. However this explains why I only had 30 minute telehealth sessions and no sort of additional help like genetic testing, counseling and alternative treatments. It was a quick rush in and out situation, then they gave me the classic "your case is too complex" excuse that these clinics give when theyre trying to get rid of a medicaid patient that asked too many questions. They had another provider write me the meds I needed because they didnt want to send the PA under Kyle's name. I suggest any provider at this clinic to consider other employment opportunities and any patients who received inadequate care to check their PHI and consider reporting any improper billing.”
