“This was in Phoenix 3033... Had an appointment for 6 months got a call tried to call back leaving a number. The person doing the evaluation has been out apparently. Instead of canceling the appointment they left the appointment. i got a hotel to show to be told that I was not going to be seen by anyone and now I ve called twice for a call back nothing. I was also told a call was made day be for and I have zero missed calls other than April. This is not ok.”
