From every phone interaction to Jaiden’s warm and comforting smile in greeting, I cannot say enough good things about this practice, nor will my words give this team the justice they deserve. If you truly want to change your life, start here, with a simple text or phone call. I was always afraid of seeking mental health care because I have met many practices who are cold, uncaring, or listen but don’t hear what you’re saying. With Dr. Ettensohn and Cornerstone, that is NOT the case. Every word and interaction proves meaningful, for your benefit. Cornerstone is concierge medicine for your brain, truly. First, they cater to YOU. In a world full of cold tech and AI, or even uncaring human interaction, Cornerstone puts care, kindness, and respect into every single encounter! Their attention to detail and kindness doesn’t lose its luster once you become a patient either. Dr. Ettensohn is a physician who believes in access to mental health care, and who invests his time, expertise, and kindness into every current and prospective patient. The staff- including Jaiden at the front desk, or Sophia, the therapist- are kind and genuinely caring. Kayla, the nurse, is amazing! They make every interaction warm and thoughtful. They make a difference, period, just with their presence. This office and team is like finding a diamond in the rough. This practice offers several types of therapy, including infusions and ketamine, some of which is approved by insurance and they help you through that. There is no judgement as to why you’re there, just the celebration that you showed up, for YOU; finding what treatment is right for you! I had given up on finding a practice that genuinely cared, and Cornerstone helped me believe in good humans again, while helping me through my traumas and mental health. The office itself is warm, inviting, exceptionally clean, and most importantly- comfortable. From my first interaction and each appointment after, I am beginning to feel whole again after feeling lost and broken for so long. The impact this team has had on me as a person has given me something I thought I lost long ago- hope for what the future holds. I cannot thank Dr. Ettensohn or the Cornerstone team enough for their investment and dedication to my mental health or the positive impact they have had on my mental health journey. “I had a very disappointing experience with Cornerstone. They completely messed up the scheduling of my appointment, and instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the front desk staff laughed while I was trying to figure out what was going on. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. When someone is coming in for care, the bare minimum should be respect and basic courtesy. I left feeling dismissed and upset rather than helped. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.”

Dr. E. has the best bedside manner and is genuinely concerned with making sure I not only understand my Spravato treatment(s), but that I'm moving in the right direction with my mental health. Dr. E's entire staff, works like a well oiled machine - the in-house nurse Brittany is so compassionate, and she loves her job.
