What patients say on Google
“I've been a patient at Compassionate Psychiatric Services for almost a year, and I've had a great experience. Every provider and staff member I've interacted with has been welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. They offer a variety of approaches to treating anxiety and depression and take the time to find what works best for each individual. Their care has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I've been so pleased with my experience that I've referred friends and family to their practice. I highly recommend Compassionate Psychiatric Services to anyone looking for compassionate, professional mental health care.”
“I started coming to this office for TMS treatment, and I was treated with so much patience and REAL care. TMS staff was patient with me while I was freaking out during intake. Robyn called me same day around 6p to address all my concerns. I love they have late appointments for those who work until 5p. TMS proved to be helpful for my depression, and I plan to continue my treatment here. I had a pretty low starting point, but now I have some good days I didn't have before, and others notice the difference. I still have a long way to go, but this gave me a running start. I've had numerous unpleasant experiences with other psychiatrists that made me so scared to seek help again, but Dr. Vivian Sona, Laura, Robyn, and Aaron have restored my confidence that there are still clinicians that truly listen to you and have pledged to do no harm. I feel like I'm in good hands. My favorite thing is their cutting-edge tests that they offer. They don't just start throwing medications your way if that's not what you're seeking. They offer alternative therapies and seem to practice newer techniques in medicine. They take the time to explain things to you. And for anxious people like me, that makes all the difference. And for the psychiatric field, I feel this is extremely important. Thank you again for your continued assistance during these difficult times I'm in. I will recommend your office to anyone needing real help.”
“I started going to Compassionate, looking for psychiatric help. This place has it all! I see my psychiatrist, go to ketamine treatments there, and I also get counseling. The Southlake office has been a joy to go to! Amanda, all of the doctors and techs, have been phenomenal with helping me in my healing journey. Thank you for all of your help!”
“Compassion is not only in the name, it's in the nature of the staff members who have been administering my TMS treatments. I feel their concern, care and love on every visit. I wonder how much of the help I'm seeing is due to the treatments and how much due to the staff. Can't recommend highly enough and in fact I have recommended them to a co-worker.”
