“So we all know how hard it is to get in with a specialist. This was my first time seeing a neurologist for my migraines. I went a total of 2 times. The first time Dr Cohen’s bedside manner was a little rough for me- he told me I was not making his job easy because I didn’t want to take certain medications- as is my right to decline treatments I feel will not benefit me. I reluctantly agreed to a plan and had a follow up 1 month later. Dr Cohen was nicer this time- but still somewhat dismissive. He got my medications approved through insurance which I was very thankful for. I also was approved for Spravato treatment - and I was excited to see how that worked. I received a call from Daisy at their office to schedule. So I called back and we went back and forth on some dates. Once I was able to come up with a good date (literally the same day), I called and left a message. No response. I called again a few days later and left a message. No response. So now I have to find a new neurologist and start over…. So here is to another 6-8 week wait and wasted money over seeing someone else.”

I was a little off put by the room etc, but once Dr Cohen came in and I was able to start talking with him, I was pleasantly surprised. This ended up being a very positive experience. I really appreciated Dr Cohen's approach. He did not force any ideas or treatments on me. He was informative and supportive. I would recommend Dr Cohen. I also loved that he employs alternative medicine into his practice.”
