“I came in for an appointment after months of struggling to get an appointment due to a “lack of availability” because this is obviously the most popular mental health location in Houston. Once I finally get an appointment, and get prescribed the necessary medications I require; only one of the prescriptions is sent to my pharmacy. After my appointment and after finding this out, I proceeded to let the office know of their mistake and was told it would be sent by 5 pm. I called my pharmacy after 5 pm and am told no prescription has been sent. I called the office back (obviously am met with voicemail because it is now after 5 pm) however someone called me back, after speaking with the lady at the front desk and not receiving much help or information if any at all, am told to wait until tomorrow (when the office is closed) and I will be provided an update as to what happened or when my prescription will be sent to the pharmacy. This office is completely incompetent if I’m just being honest. I don’t know how things are being directed at this office but it’s extremely inefficient. Get it together.”

“The girls really enjoy speaking with DR. Bridget, she is very kind n patience and understanding when it comes to the children’s needs, they have built such a unique bonding with her as though she is not just their psych psychiatric dr. . She is like a mom and to them that is a comfort zone.”
