“No follow through, and lots of little "gotcha" fees. They called and asked me if I could come in on a Saturday for a routine check up. Surprise! Thats an extra $50 even if it was at their request. 6 months and 5 appointments to get a test done, every time I said I need this test, every time they said sure! It has still yet to happen. Was in need of a medication, 6 months of no updates, I was later informed it takes about a week and they just didn't know what the problem was and never informed me that they were having issues. I eventually had to go somewhere else and got the medication just fine. When I asked why they couldn't get it, I was basically told it was my fault. Coming here only really set my healthcare needs back 6 months ,I'm out a few hundred dollars and no better for it.”
