“Went in for same day surgery and from each receptionist to every nurse, especially Shannon, I felt comfortable and supported. They have a wonderful team working there. From registration, pre-op, in the OR, and recovery everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile from everyone I met. It was my first procedure and first time in the OR and they explained everything and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend having a procedure done here.”

Jash Davis RN is very theral and compassionate Nurse. Destine is very skilled and compassionate PCT. Virgina is hard working compassionate PCT. “If I could give CareWell Health Medical Center **negative 60 stars, I absolutely would.** My experience at this hospital was completely unacceptable. While I was a patient recovering from surgery, I ordered approximately **$60 worth of food through Uber Eats, and my order disappeared after it was delivered to the hospital.** I never received my food, and I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. What bothered me even more was the way I was treated as a patient. **There was a serious lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic courtesy.** When someone has just undergone surgery, they are vulnerable and depend on hospital staff to treat them with patience and respect. Instead, I encountered staff members who spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, including individuals who appeared inexperienced in caring for post-surgical patients. I also had an extremely negative experience with one of the transporters. Her attitude and the way she interacted with patients was, in my experience, completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Patients come to a hospital because they need care, compassion, and support—not additional stress while they are already sick, in pain, or recovering from surgery. Based on **my personal experience**, I would not recommend CareWell Health Medical Center. I sincerely hope hospital leadership takes patient complaints seriously and addresses the way patients are being treated. **PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THIS HOSPITAL.**”
