“This practice does not collaborate with parents. Concerns about medication side effects were ignored, communication was one-sided, and inpatient hospitalization was repeatedly pushed instead of reassessment. When I advocated for my child and requested a psychiatrist evaluation, CPS was called in retaliation. The case was investigated and closed. I would not recommend this practice to any parent who expects transparency, respect, or shared decision-making. If you are looking for a mental health provider who listens, communicates, and treats parents as partners rather than obstacles — this is not that place. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would.”
