“I had a set financial counseling time arranged. I was sent multiple reminders and confirmations- text and email. I called the listed number at my appointment time and it directed me only to a call center that seemed to have NO idea what I was asking for or who I was needing to speak with. They transferred me two separate times to voice mails. No one ever called back. Very discouraging when you are trying to find a supportive group for mental health care that works with your insurance benefits.”

“Every single interaction I’ve had with them shows how little they care about their patients. It’s almost impossible to make an appointment (I talked to someone seemingly in a call center who couldn’t understand me half the time and then someone else had to call me back). My first scheduled appointment was cancelled via an automated message. I called to reschedule and left a message. The message says they’ll call me back within 24 hours. Left the message over a week ago, no one has called. So I make an appointment online (even though none of the options available really suit what I’m trying to do, which is why I had called in the first place). I find the soonest appointment and go through the rigamarole and settle in to wait several more weeks. Yesterday I get a call saying the provider I scheduled with isn’t taking new patients (why could I schedule with her then?). The person on the phone is a little confused why I’m so frustrated. Now I have to wait even more weeks. I tell him I’d like to talk to someone about the process since trying to make an appointment and seeing someone has been unreasonably difficult. He tells me his manager will call me that day. No one has called. So this process has been like 6 weeks long and I’m still waiting. There has been no interaction where I feel like they actually care about me or their patients. Mental health is emotionally fraught and this place has made it so much harder. Don’t go here. They won’t keep their appointments.”
