“Intake was amazing, and I really liked the woman who did my initial eval. When I went in for my ADHD testing, I was given paperwork to sign and told I owed almost $700 and 1/2 was due that day. None of this was discussed prior to this appointment so arrangements could be made. A heads up would have been nice. Something. Instead, I left work early, came in, and then just left (so missing work was for nothing). I was very disappointed in the events.”

“Was referred here by my psychiatrist for Adult ADHD testing. Got the appointment set up and entered my insurance and all my information on their site, which said I had $0 due for my appointment. Drove over half an hour to the facility just to have the front desk person say "don't freak out over the price" and hand me paperwork wanting to charge over $700 for this single test. This was WITH insurance, the full cost was over $1,100. This price is ridiculous and it is completely unfair to give no heads up that the price will be so high. I'm sure this is on purpose as they know this is not a fair price at all for this service. After calling to touch base with my psychiatrist, I let the front desk team know I couldn't pay this and I found it unfair that their site claims you owe $0 coming into the appointment, and one of the women laughed at me. If you are in the same boat, my care team has recommended looking for an online test from somewhere like ADHD Online which I will be exploring next. There are online options in the realm of $200-$300 which is what I was expecting. Don't let this place scam you out of over $1,000 for the the testing and care you need!”

“The best place to go if your truly ready for a change. They go out of their way to help you in any way. The staff are all personable and professional at the same time. The groups php and IOP provide great structure in my life. With AVO they make recovery possible and all their services are convenient and not overwhelming. “This place is a scam. If you come to them with an active prescription they want to re-test and re-diagnose. They charge you for all of this even when you prefer to continue current treatment. Literal waste of time.”
