“Stephanie Stecker is the most condescending and ignorant medical “professional” I have ever encountered. It’s criminal that she’s “diagnosing” people and prescribing meds. I told her a dozen times that my PCP is treating me for ADHD and it’s the only thing that has ever been efficacious for my mood disorders. She gaslit me, misdiagnosed me, and prescribed improper meds. I just went through psychological testing, and guess what? I have ADHD and got my proper meds refilled. Life is good again. Don’t waste your time here.”

“I WAS a new patient here. Had one telehealth appointment and had to been seen in person in order to get my medication. When I called to schedule my in person appontment, the secretary did not let me know that I had a previous balance and that the previous balance and current copay would be due before I could be seen or I couldn’t be seen at all. As I’ve never been here before you would think they would let you know their rules so I can come prepared. I’m out of my medication so let’s hope I don’t go into a further mental spiral because of incompetent secretaries while trying to find another provider. They also have an app they want you to use that shows your invoices and balance due, yet my app says no unpaid invoices!”
