What patients say on Google

“First time visit and I was immediately put at ease. The office itself was calm, clean and inviting. Lovely receptionist who was very friendly yet professional. My time with the therapist was well spent. She was thorough with her questions and we were able to come to an agreement as to a treatment plan going forward. I look forward to my next visit!”

“Had been with this practice for about a year and it’s so hard to get ahold of someone when you need assistance with anything. Trying to get meds approved for prior authorization, medical records released or just simple questions. It’s very frustrating when there isn’t consistent availability from agents and they fail to return your calls. As far as my specific doctor, she was ok, not the best. Very subpar. I felt like all of our appointments were rushed and I didn’t like that at all. I did have trouble with remembering about scheduled appointments so unfortunately I was no longer able to be serviced due to no call no shows. I take full responsibility for that and that’s my fault. I probably wouldn’t recommend this practice because of the experience I had with my appointments feeling rushed and the constant issues with communication via phone and the online portal.”

“I would highly recommend Apogee Behavioral Medicine--and have! I currently see Archi Patel, both virtually and in-person, and she's the bee's knees. Archi is patient, has a great personality and establishes a comfortable environment. She's very communicative and follows through on what she says she's going to do. I look forward to appointments--which is something I value in my medical providers. Prior to seeing Archi, I completed my ADHD testing with Dr. Skinner, who was very personable, informative and took the time to speak with me and get to know my background.”

“I really like this provider. Everyone is courteous, professional, and kind. It's easy to be seen and you don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment. Also, love the location. Highly recommend.”
