“When I first transferred to Anew I wasn’t really impressed, but I really just needed to find someone to continue prescribing medication I was already taking. Every call I got on lasted at most 3 min and they would just ask if there was any changes (of course that doesn’t change the price). I wouldn’t have even wrote a review about that, but after my original NP left it just got worse. They gave me a NP and on the call she ask for me to give all my history again. Shouldn’t that be in my chart?? It is the same company and supposedly my old NP was doing a full hand off. It was also difficult if I had to change any pre scheduled appointments. What really got me was when I had to leave anew because I moved states. They keep absolutely nothing in your patient portal. I couldn’t even see my prescriptions listed. So when I sent to move doctors I emailed and asked for my medical records (really only need a time frame for how long I had been there) they told me I had to pay for them?? Why do I have to pay when other doctors I had been to just had that in my patient portal. It’s just an annoying money grab.”
