“This was an amazing experience from beginning to end ,I never felt any fear about the surgery because I saw a great team of professionals by mi side . I felt pampered by all the staff. Everyone was attentive of my needs even before the surgery. Richard and Cyna went above and beyond my expectations I will never forget You guys . Dr. Elizabeth was great and did a good job repairing my eyelid but You guys set the bar to another level .I have been talking to my family and friends about my experience and I still can describe your faces , They are fresh in my mind . “One star is beyond generous & I don't know how the Board of Health is not closing this facility down! Beyond atrocious, unsanitary, and overstaffed with incompetent nurses. We are only given clean socks once a week, no fitted sheets on the beds, and they stop all your meds & clients are wude awake all night bc Nurse Practioners need humble pie. Also, Charge Nurse, Mora will soon have 2 malpractices if she even has a nursing license! You never give a person a drug they're allergic to and then dismiss my allergic reaction by telling me to chill until next shift arrives! I almost died and destils are forthcoming,amongst other occurrences they have set as protocol.”
