“I’d say this is probably the worst clinic in Arizona. They changed it for you to refill your prescription medicine to three months and when you go do lab work just to get your result they want to charge you $40-$50 just to tell you the result when they used to call you and notify you on the phone without a visit this is just another excuse for them to make more money. Also it’s one of these nurse practitioners that just sits there and stares at you for five minutes tells you a few things that you wanna hear and that’s it. It’s just a cheap hustle to get more money. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else for a better clinic.”

“Make no mistake, this place is all about their bottom line, not the patients. I went here for almost 3 years and saw my actual doctor twice and each of those times was beyond rushed. They have incorrectly billed me many times and when I call the billing department, the guy has said he will email me the receipt 3 separate times and I have never received it. When I ask to stay on the phone until I receive the receipt, he hangs up on me. They also have more turnover of their medical staff than I have seen at any other doctors office. Incredibly unprofessional place and poorly run.”

I have never had a problem The doctors are very Professional and efficient, so is the front desk. Tanya Fetters, is awesome. I also refer my friends to them and they are pleased with them as well. They’re very compassionate and really care about their patients. I would totally recommend them!”
