What patients say on Google

“I belive this service can benefit the right people, but I also belive sitting in the phone answering a 30min questionnaire is not the best way to help people going through some of the roughest times of their life. In my personal experience after going through all the questions I was essentially told exactly what I already knew or had been told before by previous doctor's. I understand the need and importance to get all the information of each individual patient, but I think the phone call interview should be more personable.”

“If I keep receiving review requests I will keep giving 1 star to help people in selecting a very important behavioral healthcare provider. The doctors are wonderful but the customer service agents and admin staff are what really bring this company down. Your full appointment with your doctor will take about 5 minutes but booking an appointment could span across multiple days with employees who do not care about you or the mistakes they made because after all it’s just a 9-5 to them. They will cancel your appointment, call you about other clients appointments, give out other clients personal information. The admin staff really needs improvement. Their policies could also use a major overhaul.”

“My nurse practitioner told me that she was going to send an increase in my medication to the pharmacy and all she did was send a refill. Then I spent about an hour of my time yesterday trying to have the staff relay a simple message to the nurse practitioner, and it did not get done It’s now 330 the next day and I still have not got my increase in my medication”
Mark Morgan
“The doctors are very friendly, but we did not have a great experience. It feels like decisions are made too quickly, and things are prescribed too easily to the point where a bipolar disorder was not correctly dealt with which required extra hospitalization. I had to make the decision to change doctors because I felt like every time I called they just wanted to prescribe new things and add more medication without ever upping the dose of the one medication that was out the base level.”
