How likely are you to recommend Adult Family Health Services?
“All the counselors have gone above and beyond to help me with my needs. I'm working with Connor in outpatient, and he's been great. Groups have been very helpful along my journey. I've been to different programs within AFHS, and they've all been incredible. The doctors are also very good with me too. I'm very thankful for this place and will continue to thrive here!”
“The best program in NJ hands down! 🌟❤️ The case managers here are so nice, understanding, and genuinely caring—also Monique and Bobby! 🙌 They truly love helping people and it shows every day. I appreciate this place so much! The food is delicious 🍲😋, the doctor is super cool 👨⚕️👍, the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming 👩💼👩💼, and the drivers are cool and make sure we all get home safely 🚗🛡️. I couldn’t ask for a better program than AFHS! 🙏 I’ve made friends here who feel like real family now 👨👩👧👦💕 Y’all be blessed—thank you for everything! ✨🥰 God bless! 🙌”
“Adult Family Health Services truly changed my family’s life. They helped my sister when she was in a really dark place, and I started noticing a difference in her not long after she began the program. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. What really stands out is how much the staff actually cares. If you or someone you love is struggling, this is a place you can trust.”
“My therapist was nice; however, I had to stop coming to this office. It was causing more harm than good. My medication was changed without proper management. I was taking off an SSRI without being weaned, and the new medication the doctor prescribed, I never received because the office didn't submit my authorization form in the appropriate time. I went three weeks with no new meds, and within that three weeks time, I had crying spells, up and down moods, and difficulty functioning and handling my job and relationships. I called daily with my updates and concerns and nothing was done. I am still waiting, and finally decided to take my care elsewhere where my mental health would not be toyed with. **update** I find it funny how their response to this review was to call them when I called daily. I ended up at Rutgers University Behavioral Health due to a breakdown because of mismanagement with my medication. I will be reporting this facility”
